Terms & Conditions

- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are subject to change based on the delivery location, distance outside our standard service area, and the quantity of items hired.

- Marquee Hire: Marquee hire is currently not available.

- Customer Collections: Customer collections are not permitted at this point. All hired items are delivered and collected by our team.

- Quotes and Invoices: An online quotation is provided for pricing purposes only. Once your booking is confirmed, an official invoice will be issued.

- Stock Availability: An online quotation does not reserve or guarantee stock availability. Stock is only reserved once your booking has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received.

- Payment – Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted where applicable and payment must be made before the hired items are unloaded.

- EFT Payments: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments must be processed and cleared in our bank account before your delivery can be scheduled or completed.

- Delivery and Collection Service: Our service includes delivery and collection only. Setup, installation, arrangement, or dismantling of hired equipment is not included, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Cleaning of Hire Items: All glassware, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, and similar items must be washed and cleaned before collection. Additional cleaning charges may apply for items returned unwashed or excessively dirty.

- Same-Day Deliveries: Same-day or immediate deliveries cannot be guaranteed and are subject to driver availability and stock levels. Customers are encouraged to contact us in advance to schedule their delivery to avoid disappointment.

- Loss or Damage: The customer is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until collection. Any items that are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at the replacement or repair cost.

- Availability: All hire items are subject to availability at the time the booking is confirmed.

- Rental Period: Hire charges apply for the agreed rental period only. Additional charges may apply if items are not available for collection at the agreed date and time.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Any deposits paid may be subject to our cancellation policy and applicable administrative fees.

- Access to Delivery Location: Customers must ensure there is safe and reasonable access to the delivery and collection location. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or requires excessive waiting time.

- Liability: We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the misuse or incorrect use of hired equipment after delivery.

- Acceptance of Terms: By accepting a quotation, paying an invoice, or accepting delivery of the hired items, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
